- Generally covers work by F Morrison, stationed at Waipoua from 1948 and involved with raising kauri, seed collection and viability, planting trials, measurements of growth of kauri from seedlings to trees. Mainly correspondence with Auckland Conservancy and HO NZFS Forest Experiment staff and FRI, Rotorua. Control plans written. Interest by Director General: A Entrican. First entry by A P Thomson: 11p diary notes (damaged) on visit to North Auckland Forests, including kauri forests.
