Also 'Kauri 1957 Conference Notes' (by F T Morrison) and 'Kauri 1959 Conference Notes' (by R C Lloyd) on silviculture, ecology, mensuration, pole volume tables, growth trials and releasing in Great Barrier, Warawara, Omahuta and Russell Forest. This contains various sample plot data on many aspects of kauri.Also a report on 'Analysis of Height Increment of Planted Kauri in Waitangi Forest' (Lloyd) including a brief history of the stand and analysis of measurements and implications of the current silvicultural methods. Contains plot records and graphs showing height growth.There is a report on the seed dusting trial in Waipoua forest with data records, results and discussion of application of Thirodust, Orthocide and Spergon (by F T Morrison and C Bassett-FRI).
