Proposal for ripping and fertiliser trial by T Cooper, 28.9.82 in Kaikohe files 31/1/1 and 31/2/123. Previously poor growth of planted kauri in Compartment 30. Summary report on first years measurement of kauri (Cooper, 19.10.83). Growth data given, considered that cultivation gave worthwhile response. Last entry by D Bergin, 27.1.87 in FRI 28/5/1. Data sheets and printout of results, descriptive summary attached (Pardy and Bergin 1992): category A plot (useful).
