- Future Work
- Suitable for publication, after further measurement (second measurement) from 2005.
- Reference
- First measurement reported in Tane Journal 16: 31-44 (1971) B. Parris, E. Dickson, W. Rae
- General Note
- Elizabeth Miller, Herbarium, NZ Forest Research Institute, has original field sheets from initial measurement. If area is well fenced, demarcated and remeasured, a long-term experiment would be of great ecological interest (possible international interest). Grazing must be excluded and DOC should be made aware of need for responsible management. Potential interest to Botany students (might be eligible for grant for re-establishment of plot).
